Delete your account

You can request account deletion on this public web page (no login) or inside the Kilo app. After verification, your account is disabled and personal data is permanently purged after a 30-day retention window.

Request deletion on the web (no login)

Google Play and App Store users can request account deletion here without opening the app. Enter the email and/or phone number used for your Kilo account. Our team will verify and process the request.

Provide at least one of email or phone.

Or delete in the Kilo Super App app

Prefer to confirm while signed in? Open the app deletion screen below. You can also use the web form above if you cannot access the app.

If the app does not open, install Kilo Super App from your app store, sign in, then go to Account → Delete Account.

How to delete in the app

  1. Open the Kilo app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Account (profile tab).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the data that will be removed.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently Delete.

What happens after your request is confirmed

  • Your account is disabled and you are signed out of active sessions.
  • Personal data is scheduled for permanent secure purge after 30 days.
  • If you requested deletion in the app, you can cancel by signing in again before the purge date (from Account).

Data that is deleted

  • Profile information (name, email, phone, avatar)
  • Order and booking history
  • Saved addresses and payment preferences
  • Wallet balance and loyalty points (forfeited on deletion)
  • In-app messages tied to your account
  • Health & fitness logs linked to your account

Data that may be retained

  • Records required by law, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations (if applicable)
  • Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
  • Financial transaction audit logs retained for the legally required period before purge

Deactivate instead of delete

You can temporarily deactivate your account from the same screen. Your data is preserved and you can contact support to reactivate.
